From Risk to Resilience.
How We Engineer Protection.

Securing business enterprise and family wealth is not an ad-hoc purchase. It requires an exact, methodical framework that identifies hidden exposures, benchmarks the entire Indian market, verifies issued terms, and monitors ongoing renewals.

Phase 1: Diagnostic Underwriting

The 5-Stage Risk Evaluation Methodology

How we inspect assets, calculate exposures, and negotiate tailored insurance policies.

Step 01

Understand

We conduct thorough physical site visits and in-depth discussions with executive management to understand your business operations, supply chains, physical plant layouts, and risk tolerance.

Step 02

Assess Risk

Our techno-marketing engineers quantify potential exposures across physical damage (fire, flood, earthquake), business interruption losses, third-party liability, and digital cybersecurity risks.

Step 03

Compare Market

We leverage our Direct Broker standing to invite binding quotes from leading general insurers. We cross-examine clause wordings, deductible levels, co-insurance splits, and service metrics.

Step 04

Recommend

We present a transparent comparison matrix detailing price versus coverage breadth, advising on which insurance carrier provides the most robust financial security and fairest claims settlement track record.

Step 05

Finalise

We negotiate specialized manuscript endorsements and favorable deductibles, finalizing binding policy terms that precisely mirror your operational reality and fiscal budget.

Phase 2: Formal Policy Placement

The Policy Issuance Protocol

Governed by Section 64VB of the Insurance Act 1938 and IRDAI statutory standards.

1. Proposal Accuracy

Client risk disclosures, asset valuations, and site details are captured with forensic accuracy in insurer proposal forms to prevent inadvertent non-disclosure repudiations.

2. Technical Underwriting

Insurer underwriters review risk disclosures, request physical inspections if required, confirm risk classifications, and formalize premium quotes.

3. Section 64VB Compliance

Under Section 64VB of the Insurance Act, 1938, risk commences only upon receipt of premium. Kadel manages seamless electronic transfer and issuance of deposit cover notes.

4. Policy Document Issuance

The insurer prints and digitally seals the binding policy contract, schedules, endorsements, and warranty attachments.

5. Post-Issuance Wordings Audit

Before dispatching documents to the client, Kadel's technical officers cross-audit every printed clause against the approved quote to catch and correct clerical errors.

Zero Fee to Policyholders

Direct Brokers do not charge clients any advisory fees for placed policies. Brokerage remuneration is paid directly by insurance companies in accordance with IRDAI rules.

Phase 3: Lifecycle Management

Beyond the Sale: Post-Issuance Service

A policy is an active contract that evolves with your business. Here is how we safeguard your interests throughout the entire policy year:

Discrepancy Rectification

We ensure all promised special conditions, loss limits, and deductibles are properly encoded in the insurer's core database, issuing prompt endorsements if inconsistencies occur.

Ongoing Risk Inspection

Our team arranges periodic physical inspection of premises, advising on fire safety compliance, hazardous material storage, and security upgrades to lower future premiums.

Proactive Renewal Management

We monitor expiry dates months in advance, preparing updated asset valuations and negotiating renewal terms before expiry to prevent gaps in coverage or loss of NCB bonuses.

Dedicated After-Sales Desk

Direct contact with assigned marketing officers for vehicle additions, sum insured adjustments, transit declaration certificates, and address endorsements.

Claims Readiness Audits

We brief your factory managers and finance teams on essential Do's & Don'ts so your organization is operationally prepared to protect its claim rights during an exigency.

Decades-Long Partnership

Our average client tenure exceeds 15 years. Built on personal integrity, technical competence, and word-of-mouth trust, we protect your legacy for generations.
