The Litmus Test of a Broker

The Moment of Truth.
Relentless Claims Advocacy.

"Claims are the true test of a Broker's role—they are the litmus test of our commitment to service." We do not just process paper; we lead negotiations, coordinate with surveyors, and protect your legal rights so you receive fair, prompt, and full reimbursement.

Former Chief Underwriters

Our claims advisory is led by NV Satyanarayana, who retired as Chief Manager from Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd with over 35 years of public-sector settlement leadership. We speak the technical language of loss adjusters.

Time-Bound Process

Insurers can stall claims with endless procedural requisitions. Kadel institutes a proactive, time-bound escalation schedule, holding surveyors and insurers accountable to IRDAI turnaround mandates.

Elimination of Unfair Deductions

Surveyors frequently apply excessive depreciation or unwarranted condition averages. Our techno-marketing engineers challenge unjust deductions with manufacturer data and policy terms.

Essential Protocol During an Accident or Loss

What You Must Do — And What You Must Avoid

Strict adherence to these rules prevents unintended repudiation of legitimate claims under Indian insurance contracts.

What You Must Do

Mandated Actions
Minimise Loss: Take all reasonable, immediate precautions to mitigate danger and prevent secondary damage to surrounding assets.
Notify Police Immediately: Lodge an FIR immediately for incidents involving theft, burglary, vehicle collision, fire, or malicious sabotage.
Preserve Damaged Property: Retain damaged equipment, scrap, and debris intact until the surveyor has physically inspected and measured the loss.
Forward Legal Notices Promptly: Send Kadel copies of any third-party summons, legal notices, inquests, or arbitration letters immediately without reply.

What You Must NOT Do

Strictly Avoid
Do Not Authorise Repairs: Never commission permanent machinery repairs or replacement before written insurer consent (except emergency safety measures).
Do Not Dispose of Debris: Disposing of damaged components or altering the scene before inspection compromises the burden of proof.
Do Not Admit Liability: Never sign admissions of guilt or accept financial blame with third parties or contractors at an accident scene.
Do Not Make Unauthorised Settlements: Refrain from offering cash promises or settlements without prior coordination with your broker and insurer.
